Looking for financial assistance for a non-emergent medical procedure?
Welcome! We do the best that we can to provide financial support related to one procedure or speciality care needed. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that we can completely cover your costs but we will do our best to support you. Please fill out this form and we will be in contact with you by phone in 2-3 weeks to further discuss details. Please note that this process is for non-emergent procedures ONLY. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Due to high demand the entire process (from application to completion of the medical service you need) takes approximately 3 to 6 months. We appreciate your patience as we work together towards a healthier San Diego!
